Bellahouston Wednesday Bike Session - Masters/Performance + Development

New to cycling.  Need advice and practice with gears and braking.  Need help with basic bike handling skills and group riding etiquette.  Have never ridden in a group before OR of they have cannot comfortably sit max 1m from the wheel in front at a steady speed

Masters/ Performance:
You should have experience of riding safely in a group and general knowledge of bike etiquette.  Can comfortably hold a pace of 25km/hr (15.5mph) on the flat."  The session will be designed so that all abilities should get a hard workout over the session.  Athletes can also bring trainers to they can turn the session into a bike/run brick should they wish.
