Summer - Monday evening ride, hour at fast pace
Summer & Winter - Sunday social morning 50 mile (on average) stopping midway for coffee, the occasional sprinted but a 'NO DROP POLICY'

On our rides our times stated are our rolling set off times, please arrive slightly earlier.
