It's simple, to run and ride 364-miles in each discipline by between 7th March 2018 - 7th March 2019.
You can either hit the road or the gym if scared of the cold!!!!
On the face of it, not a massive challenge, but when you don't run regularly and the miles stack up......that's when the challenge begins!!!
Doesn't need to end there either, who can rack up the most miles overall???
