Zwift: Pedal Racing Training Ride (PRTR)

The PRTR is usually a tempo-pace ride (intervals with recovery) with one race lap. Get on Zwift by 6 pm to warm up. Look on the right side of the screen and JOIN the PRTR. 6 minutes before the 6:20 pm start, your avatar will move to the warm up pen. PRTR usually lasts 1 hour, plus or minus. Route on Zwift varies (we have no control)
