Women's Road Clinic 1 of 3: How to Protect Your Front Wheel
Just a reminder Ladies we have a clinic with Jen Sharp scheduled for December 15th at 10 am. We will meet at Village Greens Park, off Dayton and Dam Road just outside of the entrance gate to Cherry Creek State Park. We'll ride into the park from there.
The focus of the clinic will be, "How to Protect Your Front Wheel." This 2 hour hands-on clinic will cover safety, riding in the proper position, protecting your front wheel and being a steady, predictable rider. Riders will progress through a series of movements including weaving through cones while having their hands in different positions, using vision and looking ahead to smooth out their movements, and how to be assertive and not passive on the bike. These fundamental skills will come in handy when riding alone or in a group.
*There is a small fee for this clinic, $10. Please bring cash.
