First two days should be baseline numbers for how much physical activity you do on a normal day in Ames. Send us a message on fb or email: firstname.lastname@example.org on day 1.
Then 7 days should be increasing your physical activity time from your baseline. Data must be submitted on your Strava page by Wednesday April 18th.
