Sunday Intermediate Group Ride from Mud Sweat and Gears.

Purpose: Ride your first century, improve your endurance and group riding skills
Description: Join us Sunday mornings as we progress from riding 30 km to 100km over the course of the summer of 2018. We will focus on improving endurance and group ride skills. This is a intermediate, no-drop group riding at about 26-32km/hr. We will start with distances of around 30km and progress up to 100 km or 160km over the course of the summer.
