2014 - The Year of Challenge

Hi lads,

It's 2014 and I was thinking over a beer or 2 on nye how we can make fitness more interesting in 2014 and came up with the following

2014 - the year of challenge

Each mth has a different challenge set by different member of the group, each mth will have a bet for non completion (6 pack of beer)

Think along the lines of

January - ironman. Everyone must complete the ironman distance over the mth, broken down that is 10km running/ 45 km riding/ 1 km swimming per week

February - 3 rides per week, minimum distance per ride 30km

March - shark island swim

April - loose xkgs - moose you have to put it on

You get the drift.

January is locked in

Aaron - January - Ironman mth - complete the Ironman distance over the mth
- 3.8km swimming
- 180km Riding
- 42.195km running
Failure to finish $20 into Kitty for end of season BBQ

Brent - February - 150km riding (2,500m of climbing), 40km running (1000m climbed)
Failure to finish - $20 donation to Prostate cancer foundation Australia
