Motivation Monday At The Oslo

Do you hate Mondays? We can help.

We leave from the Oslo in Salthill at 7pm on the last Monday of every month. Finish the 5K run and you'll get a free Galway Bay Brewery beer of your choice 🍻 Sound good? Sounds good.

No registration, just turn up ready to run. Bags and belongings can be left in the bar at your own risk.

All levels welcomed, this is not a competitive group - go as fast or slow as you want 👍
