Weekday rides Mon/Wed/Fri at 5:15 am. Departing MyRide Grey Lynn, 376 Great North Road. All are welcome.

Saturday and Sunday Rides: Meets 6:00am at MyRide Grey Lynn, 376 Great North Road. Either airport runs or Waitakere's. Return home around 9am and coffee at Daily Bread or Little Sister.

A certain level of fitness is required. Riding speed will be between 28-31kph.
