The 50in50 Challenge 2025. The rules are simple. 50 workouts in 50 days. A minumum of 30 minutes a day. You can double up to earn rest days. Pick the activities and workouts of your choice. Just do your the 50: get fit and active, join the community, raise money for a great cause and have fun.
