At Empowered Athletics we believe that a healthy body helps create a healthy mind. One way of staying healthy is by biking. We will be setting goals to help you keep up your physical fitness levels. We want to remind you that it is important that during this time you keep not only your safety in mind (by wearing helmets and other protective gear), but to keep the health and safety of others in mind. Small groups and if you're riding behind other bikers that you keep at least 2 bike lengths away. If you think you might be getting sick it is best to stay home during this time.
