I pledge to energize my physical and mental health by meditating and practicing yoga on a daily or weekly basis, but I promise to follow the recommendations from my local public health authorities, which may change on a day-to-day basis.

From May 3 - June 30, 2021 I will aim to complete 3,300 minutes of activity!
