Running Delights is a way to explore the countryside by moving a little faster than walking. Sometimes we'll run, sometimes we'll walk (especially this uphill bits). The sessions are set up so you can head into the hills safe in the knowledge that Lynne will do all the navigation – no-one gets lost or left behind. Along the way we will challenge our bodies with the exercise, and rejuvenate our minds with the wonderful scenery we live in. Some call this fell running, I call it exploration.
