We offer monthly schedules for runners and walkers. Get fit and have fun doing it. Get encouragement and support that you know will help keep you focused on being healthy and happy. Walkers will enjoy the social atmosphere while becoming exposed to the added benefits of running.
Runners mingle with veteran competitors and trade training advice. Kick it up a notch!
Everyone supports and encourages each other while gathering in the safety of a group. Most events are scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays in the NW.
