How it Works?
The TYLA Virtual Tri is open to all TYLA and SBOT members, and friends and family.
* Run/Walk: Participants have from August 1-31 to complete one 5K (3.1 mi) any way they choose—run or walk.
* Bike: Participants have from September 1-30 to complete one bicycle route of 20 km (12 mi).
* Swim: Participants have from October 1-31 to complete one swim of 750 m (0.47 mi).

Note: A participant does not have to complete all three segments, although it is highly encouraged.
