Kairos Multisport

Kairos Multisport provides bespoke coaching, training plans and skills development, whether you are new to triathlon, duathlon, cycling or running, or a seasoned athlete looking to step up to the next level. One to one and group sessions available in Horley and the surrounding areas. Personalised and online training plans with face to face or remote catch-ups and support.

This group provides support and motivation for like minded people and an area where virtual events will be managed.
