The Classics: cobbles, ‘bergs and distance.

As the pro peloton smash it out in the heartland of cycling, we play homage to the Spring Classics. MAAP alongside retail partners across the months of March, April and May will be hosting a three-part ride series inspired by the iconic races.

We are teaming up with Velo Mallorca for March Round 1 in Palma, Spain. This ride is all about cobbles, rough roads and maybe a bit of ‘strada’ thrown into the mix. This is a ride experience where we come together and adapt to constant changes in terrain, weather and unforeseen challenges that make the classics so memorable.

The route will be 90km in distance and with 777m of climbing and will feature some less-than-ideal-roads.

UNSURE ABOUT DETAILS: These rides will be held across multiple cities by multiple retail partners. Each event will have a different route and pace. If unsure, please check with the local retail partner if you need clarification about any details.

BE SELF SUFFICIENT: These rides will be challenging. You are responsible for your own nutrition, hydration and mechanical support. Please ensure to bring spare tubes, hand pump / CO2 cartridges, chain link and emergency supplies of Haribo.

HAVE A BREW ON US: Post ride treats will be provided by MAAP.

MECHANICAL SUPPORT: You are responsible for your own mechanical support – bring tubes and/or CO2 cartridges.

BRING YOUR MID-RIDE SNACKS: You are responsible for your own nutrition and hydration across the ride.
