1. Individual Challenge Regulations:
there will be two competitions (4 weeks each). Every week the top 15 athletes will gain points - at the end of the 1st competition, the ranking will be reset.
- 1st Competition: Start Date: February 15 - End Date: March 14
- 2nd Competition: Start Date: March 15 - End Date: April 11
Strength WOD counts 50% of total time.
2. Group Challenge Regulations:
8 weeks in total: Each week, there is an hourly overall group goal. If the hourly goal is met, we will donate to Vo.Re.Co. and Chiesa S.L.G.
- weekly hours goal: 180
