Wheels of Justice is stoked to announce the second annual Ain’t No Mountain High Enough! ride. After enjoying a free pancake breakfast at the Black Bear Diner in Sandy, we will ascend all five of Salt Lake City’s riding canyons, climbing more than 14,000 feet over 116 miles! The ride is not easy, but neither is the fight to put an end to childhood trauma. With more vert than the most prominent peak in the continental United States, this formidable ride is meant to show that no mountain is high enough to keep us from protecting and helping children. It also shows that people can overcome any challenge. Those who compete will receive a Specialized water bottle courtesy of UtahBikingLaw.com and a killer finisher’s medal courtesy of DNA Cycling. Thanks to our other awesome community partners, there will also be some very cool giveaways and prizes. The ride is FREE, so rally your friends and come join us in September!
The ride is FREE. We simply ask that you consider making a donation to the cause. (We are grateful for donations of any size.) In addition to any personal donation you decide to make, you can also ask your family and friends to donate a penny for each foot of elevation you climb during the ride. ALL proceeds from the ride (and merchandise sales) go to help four incredible organizations making a real difference in our community: Prevent Child Abuse Utah, Friends of the Salt Lake County Children’s Justice Center, Operation Underground Railroad, and the Utah Domestic Violence Coalition.
