MTCC Austin - ATX Regulators

Honoring the world's first black sports superstar and professional Black American cyclist - Marshall Walter "Major" Taylor. In 1899, he earned the rank of the world cycling champion followed by the American sprint champion in 1900. Major Taylor fought the racism of the Jim Crow era, and today his achievements and story have inspired many to take up the sport of cycling.
