4 Miles 4 Change Challenge

Monday 8th March is International Women’s Day and this year’s theme is #ChooseToChallenge.

This year, Telegraph Media Group's staff are being challenged to complete '4 Miles 4 Change' in support of Smart Works, Stella's charity partner, as one of our activities to mark International Women's Day.

We'll be challenging ourselves to do 4 miles of activity from 1st - 8th March - running, swimming, walking, rowing - it all counts! You can join us by logging your own 4 Miles 4 Change, and raise some money for a worthy cause.
