In uneasy times such as these it's easy to find ourselves stressed and feeling out of control. One hack i've found in my own life which reduces stress and gives me some semblance of control is running. I know the gyms are closed and for the most part were not supposed to be outside, however, there is one way to take back control while also remaining safe and complying with local requests.
We will call this early morning social distance running. Lets come together and log a Million Miles against Covid while I run from Wilmington, NC to California. Together we can take back our lives.
