The Essex Running Club was founded in 1983 and prides itself on being one of New Jersey's friendliest running clubs. We welcome runners of all ages and abilities. We organize regular group runs/races/events. In addition to offering many running related activities, we also enjoy non-running activities. Which runner are you? Fast, slow, middle-of-the-pack?
