Our regular run is the Wednesday Coffee Loop: 7:00 am start/finish at Lilac Coffee (Kentish Town, NW5). We run a simple loop at roughly 5:30–6:00/km, then head back to Lilac for coffee and a chat.
Weekend runs happen sometimes, but Wednesday is the constant.
Turn up solo, trot along.
