RMC is moving under the Everyday Ultra umbrella! Find us there for group run info, all the same coaching services, and even more athlete resources!

Next group run in a week! No headlamps needed for the 6:30 start! Same route - 5.4 miles 🫡

Josh Slesk from Onward Physical Therapy will be there to briefly discuss his framework to prevent/treat injury while hitting big running goals.

Route for Sunday, February 1: Pima TH, up the jeep road to Javelina to Beverly-and back. Group will stop/meet up at all critical junctures.
