Rand Athletic Club (RAC) is one of the oldest running clubs in SA, made up of runners, walkers, trail runners, ultra-marathoners and social members. 
RAC is based at the Old Parktonian Sports Club in Bordeaux, Randburg. 
Time Trial on Tuesday @ 5:45 PM
Sunday club runs @ 5am or 6am in Summer / 6am or 7am in Winter.

Well done to everyone who ran our super challenging *RAC LOOONG RUN* yesterday. We have our own *Big-Five-Hills* (and dozens more in-between). The route is tough, but the job is done and you&#39;re one step closer to getting that Comrades medal in six weeks&#39; time. 🤩
