Welcome to the CTMC Strava Club.
The intent behind creating a Strava account for the club is to let the data drive the conversation. Pace is relative to the individual and therefore should not demotivate an individual assessing themself against anyone else, rather serve as a bar worth trying to reach. We are here to share, to which extent is an individual’s choice, what the workout was based on, e.g. HR, RPE, pace, power, etc and encourage each other to perform at full potential when it comes time to race.
