Civil Service Harriers Athletic Club is a running club based in the Phoenix Park in Dublin and was officially founded in 1867, making it Ireland’s oldest athletic club. However, these days you don’t have to be a Civil Servant to join. The running club is comprised of runners of all levels and abilities who meet and run in the Phoenix Park.
