Altitude Training camp completed. Was a fun 20 days just being in the mountains, living and training at altitude. Body held up well. See how the gain translate when I am back in NL Tommorow. Here are the numbers: 18 days 55:05 hours running 291 kms (187 miles) 11630.25 meters ( 38,157 feet) total elevation gain Numbers don’t lie. It was a fun camp!
