Saturday mornings at Regents Park. Fast group currently meet outside bikeshop at 06:20 for 10 laps including some drills.

Social group at steadier pace: 1 warm up lap followed by 6 laps at around 7 to 7 and a half minutes per lap.

Depart Muswell Hill at 06:45 a.m back by 08:45 a.m for coffee.

Sunday mornings, normally to Herts., depart Muswell Hill outside Everyman cinema at 08:00 a.m.
