Need for Speed is open to Edmonton runners who want to work hard and get faster.
We do speed work at Rollie Miles at 5:30am Tuesdays. After a 10 min warmup, dynamic stretching, and some speedwork, we share a member-provided breakfast! (Bring something to share if you are so inclined.) Or leave early if you need to.
Feel free to show up earlier to get in a longer warmup.
