The New River Valley Bicycle Association is an organization representing cyclists in Floyd, Giles, Montgomery and Pulaski counties and the City of Radford. Together with cyclists, citizens and lawmakers of the New River Valley, the NRVBA works to keep our community a safe, friendly and enjoyable place for biking.
