About the event
We are trying to inspire and challenge people to get active, walk, jog, or cycle, and to set a personal fitness goal that they can train for and achieve.
We want to raise awareness for mental health resources, and de-stigmatize mental health issues throughout the population.
The event will take place May 28 - Jun 1st where everyone will try to achieve their Personal Best! There is no set location for the event - participants are encouraged to achieve their goal wherever they feel comfortable.
