Our QMU Community has been a lifeline in the last year. To celebrate this & to encourage everyone to move a bit more & benefit their physical & mental health we bring you QMYouMove.
This 6 week challenge sees us asking our community to move for a total of 2,021 hours! This could be walking, running, yoga - we don't mind as long as you move! Whatever you do will add to our total and hopefully get us to our target! We'll provide updates, inspiration, live sessions to keep you active.
