Based at the Redbridge Cycling Centre, Ilford, Essex, we run regular weekend club rides, evening midweek training and club socials. We have a wide range of members from occasional leisure riders, regular club riders, road racers and time triallists. We are mostly a road club but have lots of members that enjoy mountain biking, cyclocross, track and touring. We organise many club time trials through the racing season.
