This club has been set up to look at all aspects of improving as a cyclist and not just trying as many KOMs on every ride. It is important to be fitted correctly to your bike and follow a structured training plan which will mean doing some slower rides so don't be ashamed to post on Strava! Doing a regular strength and conditioning programme including core work will also help your performance and comfort on the bike and good nutrition to aid recovery.
