We are a friendly, active running club open to all abilities of runners over 18. Training meets are on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 7pm at Borderville in Stamford.
Our members run both socially and competitively, in all disciplines, and at all levels. So, whatever your standard, come along and run with us, as there will always be someone to run with you.
