We are a friendly running club based in Swinton, Salford and welcome anyone over 18 years of age to come down and join us for a run. We are affiliated with England Athletics for Road, Trail and Cross Country running. We regularly compete in local races at all age and ability levels. Some members just come down to the Club to run and don't want to enter races, but prefer to train with like minded people and enjoy the social side of being with a club. We are based at Swinton Football Club and we meet on Monday and Wednesday at 7:30pm. See our website for details.
