For the runners, joggers, riders and plodders of Crawley - someone mentioned that we should have a running/cycling club after the Crawley Tracks 10K this morning. So here it is!

Got a ballot place for London Marathon....gonna need some long runs on the tracks now!

Some upcoming races and a question: anyone fancy trying a weekly training run together? Something like an interval or hill session that being in a 3/4 might make a bit less of an ordeal.......

Good turn-out today in Stockbridge, Bart trailblazed, and Gemma and I trundled. Definitely need a team kit... this 4 person relay marathon looking good for Oct 6th (teams need 1 girl) -  - also got eyes on Lord...

This has also caught my eye - more of a trail race, bit longer (9 miles) and hilly. Perfect training for the OMM. Anyone else fancy it?...

I&#39;m also keen on the 10k as good training. I&#39;ll see if it fits in. We just need some team kit now.

Stockbridge 10K looks like a good chance to get a Trackers turn-out! I&#39;m in!

Lymington Tri looks tempting - though a very early start.  I&#39;ll have to see if I can make it.

Lymington Tri anyone? Nice swim in the sea baths for the first leg. Flat cycle then a jaunty run along the sea wall.

I do but think we have a wedding that weekend. I&#39;m doing a 1500m open water tri the week before so need to get some serious practice in over the summer. I&#39;ve entered your Andover Tri though.

Think I&#39;d better have a rest tomorrow after today&#39;s triathlon.  Managed to get thru swim leg without drowning - so a good result!  Looks like you had an impressive ride today, Richard.

Anyone fancy a run out tomorrow morning? I can&#39;t do the Barton Stacey run as have friends coming, but could do an early-ish run. Maybe a little longer - 7-8 miler?

I&#39;ll be doing the Blenheim Palace sprint  triathlon on Saturday morning - so no parkrun this week - incl my first ever open water swimming leg of 750m.  Somewhat nervous re the swim, but the weather looks good ...
