This epic ride takes cyclists through the Royal National Park all the way to Stanwell Tops. It goes without saying that the Royal (which is the world's second oldest national park) is wonderful to ride through, with towering trees surrounding you on either side of the road. Even more impressive, however, is Stanwell Tops. At the top of Bald Hill, riders will have an amazing lookout where one can catch his or her breath and watch the ships coming into port. On clear days, you'll be able to see Wollongong in the distance. Cruise home along Sir Bertram Stevens Drive, an impressive road enveloped by a forest of gums. By the time you get back to Sydney, chances are you'll be craving a pint.
