Cherry Creek Trail

One of the prettiest, most relaxing places in the city of Denver is the Cherry Creek Trail multi-use path. This flat, paved path follows alongside Cherry Creek as it flows from the Cherry Creek Reservoir to the confluence with the South Platte River in downtown Denver. In the spring and summer Cherry Creek is lined with flowers and bustling with runners, walkers, bikes, and kayaks with the Denver skyline beyond. In the winter it offers refuge from howling winds on the streets above.
