This route is a delightful jaunt up and down some of the most iconic climbs in Erie County. While not the Alpe, each one has it's own charms, and after the first 2 Omphalius will seem easy! The segment start is in Colden at the base of of the railroad bridge heading west on Boston Colden rd. Go over the top and down into Boston. That's a nice little warm up for the fun that will ensue. Each loop is up the next hill (Boston Cross, Liebler, Omphalius, Chestnut Ridge) then Cole to Boston Colden and back down. Please be cautious turning right onto both Boston Colden and Boston State rd - that is a stop sign/stop light AND YOU DON"T HAVE RIGHT OF WAY. The finish is the top of Cole at the stones with the glorious view. Parking can be had at the colden market, and they generally allow restroom use.
