32 mile (51.5 kilometre) loop starting from the Sleaford Wheeler's Club HQ — 'The Horseshoes Pub'. The route takes you out of Silk Willoughby via Gorse Ln, through Aswarby, Aunsby and Welby. You then descend into Belton via Londonthorpe hill and head towards Hough-on-the-Hill. From there we ride for Caythorpe, up PGL hill and back towards Silk Willoughby via Rauceby and Church Ln.

If you are riding this route outside please start at The Horseshoes Pub or press the lap button when passing the pub so your time can be accurately recorded. If you are riding indoors on RGT Cycling then you do not need to worry.
