This out and back route from Dovecote Barn starts with a cross field route from Barton in Fabis through to neighbouring Thrumpton.
You then cross over the A453 for a relatively short but steeper incline to Gotham Hill Wood, before circling back through Thrumpton and back to The Dovecote Barn for a slice of cake and some a drink!
