An intermediate ride up to an accessible viewpoint requiring decent levels of fitness followed by a nice decent back down the way you came. Be sure to take the walkers underpass below General Booth's Road to rejoin the Caledonian Canal.
Follow canal on south side to Monster Bike Shop (perhaps stop and browse) before crossing over at the first canal lock to return on the other side back to the start point at Torvean Park and free play on the tracks around the park.
Not suitable for families with young children.
Toilets at Inverness Leisure centre.
