Easy to moderate walk towards the Höllental valley where you reach a beautiful mountain hut for a stay over
Usually started from Hammersbach i did start from our guesthouse in Garmisch Partenkirchen. It took me about a good hour to get to Hammersbach. From there it gets into a forest uphill next to a stream of water. After another 45 minutes i reached the entrance from the Höllentalklam and started a spectacular hike through canyons and caves. Beautiful scenery with waterfalls and streams running through the canyon for the next 20 to 25 minutes. On the end of the canyon it will take you another hour to reach the hut.
