The trail with endless berms—practice your cornering skills!

The Lisi Osl Trail on the Gaisberg in Kirchberg is approximately 3 kilometers long and guarantees pure downhill enjoyment—especially for those who love berms. The start is directly at the mountain station of the Gaisbergbahn at 1270 meters above sea level, where the other trail in Kirchberg, the Gaisberg Trail, also starts. All along its 450 meters of elevation drop, it offers an endless serpentine track with some minor jumps here and there. While beginners can build their skills with approaching curves, easy steps, or roots, experienced riders can use this trail as the perfect opportunity for training their cornering skills. From the beginning, the trail is mainly flowy, getting a little bit rougher just before the entrance into the forest where the long curves are lead to the valley. You'll encounter a few road crossings, but those are well marked or structurally implemented so that you have to push the bike through a narrow gate, obliging you to slow down and take care. Most of the route is very winding through densely wooded areas. There aren't many open fields here where you can ride in the middle of the grass. The Lisi Osl Trail ends at the valley station of the Gaisberg lift, where you could either stop and relax a few minutes for a coffee or a beer, or just take the chairlift up and drop immediately in the second trail starting from the top, named Gaisberg Trail.
