A fun bowl/chute combo off Cornice II area
The Hourglass starts off steep with a cornice jump or drop in at times. You can enter a little more right to make it easier to start and or get around the cornice. It is located on the ridge looker's left from top of the old Cornice II and Headwall chairs. Ski down the Bullet and stop after Cornice Bowl and before the Horse Trails. There are cliffs left and right of the Hourglass, so make sure you know your line before dropping in. The bowl at the top soon narrows to a chute for a short distance and then opens back up, hence the "Hourglass" name. Continue to Cornice Bowl run to exit. Written by FATMAP Official
