A quick clear steep pitch in the middle of a thick tree section in the trees between Big Chute and Headwall Glades
Sunny Glade is a quick clearing in the middle off the thick tree section between Big Chute and Headwall Glades that is a great place to go when visibility is limited on the High Lift. Not more than a few hundred feet, it is a steep, typically bumped gladed area above the Figure 11 Chutes. It is a great stash on powder days. It is accessed from the Half Pipe Gully off the top of the High Lift, or by traversing skier's right off the midway High Lift. Written by Ed Dujardin
